TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CHEAP BROMO IJEN

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a tour together Cheap Bromo Ijen, you agree to these terms and conditions. You are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before making a reservation.

2. Ordering and Payment

2.1 Deposits:

• A deposit of 30% of the total tour price must be paid for tours departing from Yogyakarta, Bali, and Jakarta.
• This deposit non-refundable.

2.2 Payment on Arrival:

• The remaining payment can be paid in cash to the guide/driver appointed by Cheap Bromo Ijen.

2.3 Payment Methods:

• Payment can be made by Credit Card via PayPal or other methods determined by Cheap Bromo Ijen.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Cheap Bromo Ijen:

• If Cheap Bromo Ijen cancel the tour, full refund will be given, except in cases force majeure (see Section 5).

3.2 Cancellation by Customer:

• Full refund applies to cancellations made at least 3 days before departure.
• No refunds for cancellation on the day of departure.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation in the Middle of the Tour:

• There are no refunds if the guest decides to stop the tour after it has started for any reason.

4.2 Disturbances Force Majeure:

• If a natural disaster such as a landslide or earthquake occurs after the tour starts, Cheap Bromo Ijen will try to find alternative solutions. (No refunds.)

4.3 Weather Related Issues:

• Weather out of control Cheap Bromo Ijen. Although we monitor forecasts, their accuracy is not always guaranteed, especially in mountainous areas such as Mount Bromo or Ijen Crater.
• Tours still run during the rainy season as the possibility of clear skies and sunrise remains despite poor forecasts.
• No refunds or discounts if the weather affects visibility or the overall experience.

4.4 Customer Statement:

• By booking, the customer acknowledges the risks of outdoor tours, including the possibility of unfavorable weather.

5. Force Majeure

Cheap Bromo Ijen not responsible for cancellations or interruptions due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, or government policies. In these cases, we will offer alternatives where possible, but no refund.

6. Changes to Itinerary

Cheap Bromo Ijen reserves the right to change the tour route due to emergencies such as bad weather or road closures. Suitable alternatives will be provided, but additional costs will be the responsibility of the guest.

7. Travel Insurance

Cheap Bromo Ijen highly recommend All guests are required to have travel insurance that covers medical expenses, injuries, and loss/damage to personal belongings. We are not responsible for any losses due to lack of insurance.

8. Health and Safety

• Guests must ensure that they are in good health and fit enough to participate in the tour.
• Any medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
• Cheap Bromo Ijen reserves the right to refuse participation if the guest is deemed unfit to participate in the tour.

9. Behavior

Guests are required to be courteous to other participants, staff and local residents. Cheap Bromo Ijen reserves the right to remove guests who exhibit harmful or inappropriate behavior no refund.
